Hello! I’m Chandrakanth Vemula, a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader trained in the global practice "Laughter Yoga International" founded by Dr. Madan Kataria, the “Guru of Giggling” and Vinayak Shastri. I created Pearland Laughter Yoga Club as a way to bring the proven health benefits of laughter, breath, and movement to our local community.
Laughter Yoga is more than just laughter — it’s a mindful, energizing experience that blends deep breathing, playful exercises, and positive connection. It has been scientifically shown to reduce stress, improve mood, strengthen the immune system, and enhance overall well-being.
After seeing firsthand how powerful laughter can be in improving mental and physical health, I wanted to offer this joyful experience to everyone in Pearland — from seniors and schools to corporate teams and wellness groups. It’s my small way of giving back and helping people reconnect with happiness, one laugh at a time.
